Vicsal Foundation College Scholarship 2025-2026 is Open to Apply

The Vicsal Foundation Scholarship 2025 program is now open to apply for all eligible college students in the Philippines. Recently, the Vicsal Foundation, Inc. released a notification on its Facebook page regarding the opening of its College Scholarship program for the school year 2025-2026 and its application process.

Vicsal Foundation Scholarship

The Vicsal Foundation Scholarship program for the school year 2025-2026 is open to apply for all interested and eligible college students in the Philippines. This scholarship program was started in the year 2007 providing scholarships to 24 scholars who enrolled at Top institutions and colleges

Till now this scholarship has produced 160+ graduates with 100+ graduating with honors and is geared on supporting financially-challenged students from public high schools who are academically talented but are struggling to pursue a college degree.

Benefits of Vicsal Foundation Scholarship

Following is the list of benefits which a Vicsal Foundation Scholar will receive:

  • Full payment of Tuition and other School Fees per semester as billed by the Accounting Office;
  • Monthly Allowance of ₱3,000.00;
  • Book Allowance of ₱3,000.00 per semester;
  • Graduation Fee reimbursement up to ₱2,000.00 for scholar-graduates

Qualifications to apply for Scholarship

The list of qualifications required to be eligible to apply for Vicsal Foundation scholarship program are as follows:

  • The applicant must be a graduate or a graduating student of any public senior high school;
  • He / She must have a general average not lower than 88% and with no grade per subject lower than 80%;
  • Must be of good moral character and possess leadership skills;
  • Annual Gross Income of both parents/guardians must not be more than Php300,000.00 or for a family with single earner of not more than Php150,000.00;
  • Must not accept any scholarship grants while enlisted in this scholarship.

Documentary Requirements

The list of documents required to apply for scholarship are as follows:

  • Applicant’s Birth Certificate
  • Applicant’s Senior High School Report Card (indicating at least Grade 12-1st semester grade)
  • Applicant’s Good Moral Certificate
  • Parents’/Guardians’ Latest BIR Income Tax Return or BIR Tax Exemption Certificate for non-taxable income earners
  • Applicant’s Barangay Clearance
  • Applicant’s 2×2 colored picture

Kindly submit ONLY the certified true copy / photocopy of the documentary requirements.

Scholarship Application Timeline

The opening date of Vicsal College Scholarship 2025 program is February 21, 2025.

The deadline of Vicsal Foundation Scholarship 2025-2026 program is March 21. 2025.

How to Apply for Vicsal Foundation Scholarship

All interested and eligible college students can apply for Vicsal Foundation College Scholarship program by securing the Application form, Filling and submitting the application form.

Securing Application Form

Applications can be secured from the following sources:

  • Vicsal Foundation, Inc Office located at Vicsal Building, cor of W.O and C.D. Seno Sts. NRA, Mandaue City
  • You may download it from Vicsal FB Page / website

Application Form Submission

Submit accomplished Application form and other requirements (refer to the back portion of the application form) to Vicsal Foundation, Inc. office or to any of the following:

  • Any Metro Gaisano Retail Stores c/o Customer Service Center
  • Metro Fresh and Easy Customer Service Center
  • Scholarship Offices of USC, USJR, CIT-U

Enclose all requirements in one folder and submit to the designated drop-off areas.

Please take note that ONLY application with complete requirements will be processed. VSF will NO longer return the requirements / documents once submitted.
