Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship
The Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship program is now open to apply for all eligible and interested Filipino College Students. Recently, The New Zealand Embassy of Philippines announced the opening of the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship program via a Facebook post on February 13.
The post said “This prestigious scholarship, funded through the New Zealand International Development Cooperation (IDC) Programme, offers outstanding individuals the chance to pursue postgraduate studies in New Zealand, starting in early 2026”.
Benefits of Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship
Following is the list of benefits a scholar will receive under this scholarship program:
- Full tuition fees
- Living expenses
- Establishment allowance
- Medical insurance
- Travel insurance and
- Round-trip airfare between the Philippines and New Zealand
Qualifications for Scholarship
Following is the list of qualifications which a scholar must meet to be eligible to apply for this scholarship:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- There is no upper limit for scholarship, but preferred age is below 40 years
- Must be based in Philippines for two years
- Applicant must have at least one-year work experience (or two years if including internship and volunteer work)
