LANDBANK Waives InstaPay and PESONet Transfer Fees Starting July 7, 2026
The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) has announced that it will waive all InstaPay and PESONet online fund transfer fees beginning July 7, 2026.
The zero-fee policy aims to help Filipinos save money on digital banking transactions and make online fund transfers more affordable for individuals, businesses, and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
What is the LANDBANK Zero-Fee Fund Transfer Program?
Starting July 7, 2026, LANDBANK retail clients can enjoy free InstaPay and PESONet transfers when sending money through the following digital banking channels:
- LANDBANK Mobile Banking App
- LANDBANK iAccess
The fee waiver also applies to clients of the Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) worldwide.
Who Can Avail of the Free Fund Transfers?
According to LANDBANK, the zero-fee policy is available to:
- LANDBANK retail clients
- Users of the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App
- LANDBANK iAccess users
- Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) clients worldwide
Customers can transfer funds without paying transaction fees through the bank’s digital platforms.
What are InstaPay and PESONet?
InstaPay is an electronic payment service that allows customers to transfer money instantly to participating banks and e-wallets.
PESONet is an electronic fund transfer service that allows customers to send money to other bank accounts, with transactions processed in batches during banking hours.
Both services will now be available free of charge for eligible LANDBANK clients.
Why Did LANDBANK Remove the Transfer Fees?
According to LANDBANK, the initiative is intended to provide financial relief to Filipinos while encouraging the use of digital banking services.
LANDBANK Chairman and Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go said:
“Every peso saved on transfer fees is a peso that Filipino families can spend on their daily needs and that businesses can reinvest in growth.”
Meanwhile, LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette Ortiz said the program aims to help workers, small business owners, and overseas Filipinos by making everyday digital banking transactions more affordable.
When Will the Free Transfers Start?
The free InstaPay and PESONet fund transfers will officially take effect on: July 7, 2026.
The initiative also supports the government’s efforts to expand access to affordable digital financial services nationwide.
