Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Scholarship 2026: Now Accepting Applicants
The Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. (CLFI) Scholarship Program 2026 is now accepting applications from qualified Filipino college students who need financial assistance to continue their studies.
The scholarship provides a fixed stipend of up to ₱50,000 to help cover essential school-related and living expenses. Qualified scholars will also have access to various training programs, learning sessions, leadership activities, and employment opportunities after graduation.
The application period is from August 17 to September 11, 2026, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What is the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Scholarship?
The CLFI Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to economically challenged Filipino students pursuing college education.
The program supports students from first year to fourth year college who are enrolled in selected courses at public universities or colleges.
Aside from financial assistance, scholars may also participate in learning sessions, outreach programs, leadership activities, and the Education-to-Employment Program.
Who can apply for the Scholarship?
To qualify for the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Filipino citizen;
- The applicant or a relative within the allowed degree of relationship must be a Cebuana Lhuillier client;
- Must have a Cebuana Lhuillier Microsavings account where the scholarship grant will be credited;
- Must be an incoming or currently enrolled college student;
- Must be enrolled in a public university or college;
- Must be taking one of the courses supported by the scholarship program;
- Have a total annual family income not exceeding ₱350,000;
- Have a minimum 85% GWA or equivalent from the last semester or school attended;
- Must have no failing grade.
The scholarship is open to students from different college year levels, including incoming third-year students.

CLFI Scholarship Priority Courses
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll in one of the following programs:
- Accountancy or Finance Management
- Business courses
- Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Hospitality Management
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Architecture
- Psychology
Only the selected courses supported by the scholarship program will be accommodated.
Cebuana Lhuillier Scholarship Requirements 2026
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
- Cebuana Lhuillier 24K Loyalty Card;
- Proof of total family income;
- Grades from the 2nd Semester, SY 2025–2026;
- For freshmen, Senior High School grades may be submitted;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by an authorized official from the last school attended;
- Current enrollment or registration form for First Semester, SY 2026–2027;
- University or college grading system showing the percentage equivalent.
For applicants whose Senior High School report card has not yet been released, a certification from the registrar showing the Grade 12 GWA may be submitted.
Proof of Family Income
Applicants must show that their total annual family income does not exceed ₱350,000.
Any of the following may be submitted:
- Income Tax Return (ITR);
- Company payslip;
- Certificate of BIR Tax Exemption; or
- Certification of Non-Filing of Income.

Step 5: Announcement of Results
The official list of selected scholars will be announced on or before the last week of October 2026.
