CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians 2025 – ESTATISTIKOLAR is Open – Apply Now
The CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians 2025 program – also known as ESTATISTIKOLAR is now open to apply for all college students in the Philippines. Recently, the Commission on Higher Education – (CHED) announced the opening of online application for its ESTATISTIKOLAR program.

CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians – ESTATISTIKOLAR
The CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians – Estatistikolar program aims to address the shortage of statisticians and data scientists in the Philippines by providing scholarships to qualified students enrolled in BS Statistics, Applied Statistics, or PSA-identified programs in recognized HEIs.
CHED is now calling in applications from all interested and eligible college students to apply for CHED ESTATISTIKOLAR program for the school year 2025-2026.
ESTATISTIKOLAR Scholarship Benefits
Following is the list of benefits a CHED Scholar will receive under the CHED ESTATISTIKOLAR program:
Benefits for Students of SUCs / LUCs
FULL SSP – Per Semester
Every scholar will receive a total of ₱40,000.00 per semester as FULL SSP scholarship benefits, which are as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees (TOSF) – Free Higher Education (FHE)
- Stipend (₱7,000.00 x 5 months) – ₱35,000.00
- Book / Connectivity Allowance – ₱5,000.00 per semester
FULL SSP – Per Annual Year
Every scholar will receive a total of ₱80,000.00 per annual year as FULL SSP scholarship benefits, which are as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees (TOSF) – Free Higher Education (FHE)
- Stipend (₱7,000.00 x 10 months) – ₱70,000.00
- Book / Connectivity Allowance – ₱10,000.00
Benefits for Students of Private HEIs
FULL PESFA – Per Semester
Every scholar will receive a total of ₱60,000.00 per semester as FULL PESFA scholarship benefits, which are as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees (TOSF) – ₱20,000.00
- Stipend (₱7,000.00 x 5 months) – ₱35,000.00
- Book / Connectivity Allowance – ₱5,000.00 per semester
FULL PESFA – Per Annual Year
Every scholar will receive a total of ₱120,000.00 per annual year as FULL PESFA scholarship benefits, which are as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees (TOSF) – ₱40,000.00
- Stipend (₱7,000.00 x 10 months) – ₱70,000.00
- Book / Connectivity Allowance – ₱10,000.00

Who can apply for Scholarship
The CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians – Estatistikolar program is open for all qualified students who are enrolled in:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics, BS in Applied Statistics, and programs identified by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), with Government Recognition (GR) or Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC)
- Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) with GR or State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) or Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) with Institutional Recognition (IR).

Eligibility Requirements
Following is the eligibility criteria a student must meet to be eligible to apply for this scholarship program:
- The applicant must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be a Graduate of a Senior High school in the Philippines with a minimum GWA of 85% or its equivalent;
- For second- to fourth-year college students, a minimum GWA of 80% or its equivalent; and
- Have a combined annual gross income of parents or legal guardian should not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00)

Documentary Requirements
Following is the documents required to apply for this scholarship program:
- Accomplished Application Form (link given below);
- Copy of Birth certificate issued by National Statistics Office (NSO) or Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);
- For senior high school graduate, a certified true copy of the Form 138 [Learner’s Progress Report card or School Form 9 (SF9)] duly signed by the registrar or an authorized representative of the senior high school attended;
- For second- to fourth-year college students, a certified true copy of Grades from last semester attended;
- The student applicants shall submit any one (1) of the following documents, whichever is applicable:
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or legal guardian;
- Certificate of Tax Exemption/Non-Filer issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
- Certified true copy of latest contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and Seafarers;
- Social Case Study Report issued by the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO);
- Other Requirements, if applicable:
- Applicant’s PWD ID issued by C/MSWDO or Certification of Disability issued by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO);
- Solo Parent ID of applicant or his/her parent issued by C/MSWDO;
- Applicant’s Senior Citizen ID issued by C/MSWDO;
- Certification issued by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) or C/MSWDO to Underprivileged and Homeless family;
- Social Case Study Report issued by C/MSWDO covered under Magna Carta for the Poor and/or First-Generation Students;
- Certification issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) to the Indigenous People.
- Notarized Certificate of Guardianship issued by the legal guardian of the student applicant, if applicable.

The CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians – ESTATISTIKOLAR 2025 program is now open to apply.
The deadline date for CHED ESTATISTIKOLAR program is 15 August, 2025.
