Cebuana Lhuillier College Scholarship
The Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Nationwide College Scholarship program is one of the prestigious scholarships providing grants to economically challenged students in the Philippines. This scholarship program is initiated by Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. (CLFI) – the corporate social responsibility arm of the PJ Lhuillier Group of companies.
The aim of this program is to forge pathways to democratize financial access and ensure that prosperity is a right, not a privilege, through robust financial literacy programs and inclusive financial solutions.
The Foundation is calling in applications from all interested and eligible college students to apply online for this scholarship program for the school year 2025-2026.
Scholarship Benefits
Cebuana Lhuillier Scholarship provides a Fixed Stipend of up to Php 50,000, which can be used to cover essential school-related expenses like Tuition fees, Other School related expenses and Living expenses.
Along with monetary benefits, a CLFI Scholar will gain access to a range of valuable benefits, which includes:

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Cebuana Lhuillier Scholarship, a candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The applicant must be a Filipino citizen
- The candidate (or immediate relative up to 2nd degree) must be a Cebuana Lhuillier client
- Must have a Cebuana Lhuillier Microsavings account (where grants will be credited)
- Should have a total annual family income not exceeding PHP 350,000 (Submit Income Tax Return (ITR), Company Payslip or Certificate of BIR Tax Exemption or Certification of Non-Filing of Income)
- Must have a general weighted average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent from the last semester or school attended
Priority Courses
To be eligible to apply for CLFI Scholarship, the applicant must be an incoming or currently enrolled college student at a public university or college in any of the following programs only:
- Accountancy / Finance Management courses
- Business courses
- Hotel & Restaurant Management / Hospitality Management courses
- Engineering courses (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Industrial)
- Architecture
- Psychology
- Social Work
Documentary Requirements
Following is the list of documents required to apply for this scholarship program:
- Proof/s of total family income
- A copy of the latest grades with General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent from the last semester/school attended, without a failing mark in any subject
- Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by an official in the last school attended
- Current enrollment or registration form (First Semester SY 2025-2026)
- University/college grading system in percentages
- Proof of being a Cebuana Lhuillier client with 24K Loyalty Card
Cebuana Lhuillier College Scholarship Timeline
- The online application for Cebuana Lhuillier Scholarship opens on October 13, 2025.
- Deadline date to apply for Cebuana Lhuillier College Scholarship is October 31, 2025.
- Please note that the application period will only open at 8am to 5pm.
- The results will be announced on or before the last week of November 2025.
